Devo Max
We currently pre-18th September in Scotland have a Scottish parliament and devolution. But we certainly dont raise all our taxes here. Currently it is 7% going up to 15% planned via the Scotland Act in 2015. Devo Max proposes giving Scotland more powers to raise its own taxes.
